We make sure that all sessions have a maximum of 8 awesome humans in them, so you get the attention that you deserve. anything missing - just let us know and we will do what we can to support your desires and needs.

Women’s Weightlifting

Women's weightlifting is a comprehensive group coaching session, for women who want to learn and perform Squats & Deadlifts.

We help women feel confident that they are weight training with excellent technique, in a way that is safe and will get results.

Whether you are new to weightlifting and want to learn how to lift weights properly so that you can train with confidence. Or you love lifting and you would like to find regular training buddies but you struggle to find people to train with at your gym and you want to stay motivated and accountable so that you can make real progress.

This is the perfect class for you!

Pilates

A transformative approach to Pilates that will have you feeling stronger and leaner. Whether Pilates is second nature to you or you're a beginner, this Pilates class is for you.

This class is all about control and precise movements that stretch and tone your muscles to improve your posture, increase your flexibility and reinforce your core.

 Functional Fitness

Get better strength and balance. The exercises in this session are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use every day at home, work or during sports.


This is best for overall strength, coordination and balance

 Bodyweight Circuit

Bodyweight Circuit training is a fantastic workout that’s great for everyone, regardless of fitness level. It incorporates a variety of exercises challenging your lower and upper body, the only resistance is going to be your own body weight. It is a great class to get you started and to build all-around strength.

Strength Bootcamp

Take it to the next level in this class that mixes strength building and muscular endurance for a low-impact, high-intensity workout. Support is always provided while you work at your own pace through a variety of exercises.

You’ll leave these classes feeling powerful and strong!

Yoga

This class will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and recharged! Improve your flexibility and restore your calm one delicious breath at a time. This great class is for everyone and is open to all levels of experience, and ability.

Yoga is also great for anyone who just needs a good stretch!!

Kettlebells

Switch up your functional training with a kettlebell workout - building endurance, increasing strength, burning fat and blitzing every muscle group in your body. 

This class is open to all levels and you are guaranteed to leave this session with a smile on your face!

Muay Thai

 This class will introduce you to traditional Muay Thai kickboxing.

The class will begin with a cardio warm-up. Techniques will be taught and practised including punching, kicking, elbows, knees, clenching and sweeps.

Classes end with cardio designed to build endurance and strength. This fun and energetic class is perfect for anyone looking to get in a great workout

This is a no-contact pad work class.

Punch & Conditioning

Punch away your stress and fears in this padwork class through a variety of core, cardio and strength exercises.

Bring a buddy and have fun. No contact class.

Body Sculpt

In this class, you will improve your core strength, increase your flexibility and burn calories through a range of traditional weight training exercises.

This is a 45-minute total body workout that'll leave you feeling great about yourself.

 Open Gym Space

We give all our members the opportunity to use our private gym space to do their own workouts and use the equipment.

Open to only 3 people (maximum) at the time.
