It suits anyone who feels intimidated stepping into a gym, who needs more guidance in their training, or who simply needs the personal motivation & accountability of a trainer. You can also invite a friend for a two-to-one session!

12-week 121 Personal Training program including access to Small Group Sessions

Inside and outside. Change your lifestyle & habits over the course of 12 weeks. This personalised and goal driven programme will deliver long-term effects!

This option is for those who are looking to commit to themselves for the long term. You will train with your coach twice a week and work on your nutrition & lifestyle habits. on a 121 basis. You will have access to your coach 6 days a week for questions, however big or small.

So out for dinner with friends? Want to know what to have rom the menu - ping your coach a message for their suggestion. Off on holiday and want a programme to follow whilst you’re away? Great… let your PT know and they will write that for you… and check in too if you want them to!

Hi, my name is Michele. I have been involved within the sporting world professionally since a young age and more recently as a coach. Areas of expertise are varied! Football, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Strength & Conditioning.

Through many years of experienced learning, ‘trial & error’, I have developed well-structured programs that will help you achieve your goals, no matter what they are!

I have helped many individuals both physically and mentally to embrace change and to develop a sustainable lifestyle.

My aim is to teach and educate in depth to overcome everyday life challenges we face using tools we all have access to; nutrition, fitness, and mental wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Meg!

Exercising gives me such a buzz and I love helping others work towards their fitness goals whether it’s physically or mentally. If I’m not working out I’ll be at the beach or exploring the world. My favorite place is Bali.

I started as a self-employed personal trainer during a very difficult time, but I’m really excited to be joining the Aleafia family and am looking forward to what’s to come!

Hello there, I have been involved in personal fitness and wellbeing since a young age, I grew up dancing and addicted to the outdoor pursuits world.

As I grew older, I committed myself to work out in the gym and endurance training, for example cycling from John O’Groats to Lands End. A feat I still hold near the top of my list of achievements, 996miles in 9 days of hills and 100m days… If nothing else, it showed me how important training is…and your mindset.

I went on to study to level 4 in; Personal Training, Chronic Health Conditions & GP Referrals, Nutrition and Life Coaching (NLP, CLC, Timeline).

My passion is working with people on a 360’ level to increase their fitness, strengthen their mindset & bodies for injury prevention, and a higher level of life satisfaction.
