What does a Personal Trainer do?

A personal trainer is a certified individual who is there to help their clients achieve their health and fitness goals, ranging from strength training to weight management and everything in between! For every individual client, a one-on-one programme is created and tailored to their goals, with their PT guiding and encouraging them every step of the way.

The benefits of having a personal trainer are varied, and include; improved technique and form which reduces the risk of injury, help in attaining expert knowledge and advice e.g. nutritional guidance, the formation of long-term habits and motivation!

12-week Personal Training program inc. Classes

Inside and outside. Change your habits over the course of 12 weeks for long-term effects!

This option is for those who are looking to commit to themselves for the long term. You will train with your coach twice a week and work on your nutrition & lifestyle habits. Following this plan, you will also gain access to our Unlimited Class Pass for the duration of your program!

Hi, my name is Michele. I have been involved within the sporting world professionally since a young age and more recently as a coach. Areas of expertise are varied! Football, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Strength & Conditioning.

Through many years of experienced learning, ‘trial & error’, I have developed well-structured programs that will help you achieve your goals, no matter what they are!

I have helped many individuals both physically and mentally to embrace change and to develop a sustainable lifestyle.

My aim is to teach and educate in depth to overcome everyday life challenges we face using tools we all have access to; nutrition, fitness, and mental wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Meg!

Exercising gives me such a buzz and I love helping others work towards their fitness goals whether it’s physically or mentally. If I’m not working out I’ll be at the beach or exploring the world. My favorite place is Bali.

I started as a self-employed personal trainer during a very difficult time, but I’m really excited to be joining the Aleafia family and am looking forward to what’s to come!

Hello there, I have been involved in personal fitness and wellbeing since a young age, I grew up dancing and addicted to the outdoor pursuits world.

As I grew older, I committed myself to work out in the gym and endurance training, for example cycling from John O’Groats to Lands End. A feat I still hold near the top of my list of achievements, 996miles in 9 days of hills and 100m days… If nothing else, it showed me how important training is…and your mindset.

I went on to study to level 4 in; Personal Training, Chronic Health Conditions & GP Referrals, Nutrition and Life Coaching (NLP, CLC, Timeline).

My passion is working with people on a 360’ level to increase their fitness, strengthen their mindset & bodies for injury prevention, and a higher level of life satisfaction.
